Representaion To Books Lemonade Mouth (Lemonade Mouth #1)

Poets. Geniuses. Revolutionaries.

The members of the legendary band Lemonade Mouth have been called all of these things. But until now, nobody's known the inside story of how this powerhouse band came to be. How five outcasts in Opoquonsett High School's freshman class found each other, found the music, and went on to change both rock and roll and high school as we know it. Wen, Stella, Charlie, Olivia, and Mo take us back to that fateful detention where a dentist's jingle, a teacher's coughing fit, and a beat-up ukelele gave birth to Rhode Island's most influential band. Told in each of their five voices and compiled by Opoquonsett's "scene queen," freshman Naomi Fishmeier, this anthology is their definitive history.

Notice About Books Lemonade Mouth (Lemonade Mouth #1)
Major spoiler alert! Dont read on if you havent read the book or at least seen the movie!!!So I found out that there was a book after I had already watched the Disney version of the movie. I hate it when that happens. Anyway, I finally sat down and read the book and it is so very different from the movie! Names are the same and general ideas are the same, but a lot was different. I was prepared for a story identical to the movie and instead I get thinks like Charlie had a twin that died at birth

This book was really good. The movie (although I didn't see it) made me curious, so I decided to give the book a try. I really liked it. I'm not sure if I'd go as far as to say I LOVED it, but that's not because it lacked anything a good book should have. It just didn't spark with me. The premise is a tad random, and the foundation of the entire plot seems a bit shaky, but I didn't mind. Just because what happened with Lemonade Mouth doesn't happen often, doesn't mean it can't happen. The

Ive seen the movie a million times because I love it so much, so this book had a lot to live up to. The movie kept really true to the book in a general sense, and there were lines in the movie that were straight out of the book. That made me happy. The character descriptions are pretty different from the actors they settled on, but I kind of liked that. In the book they made it sound like you had to look like a freak to qualify as a freak, but as I well know, thats just not the case. The

I have to say first that I read the book only AFTER seeing the Disney Channel original movie. (Which I HIGHLY recommend if you liked the book!!)So, I have spoilers for both the book and the movie!!!!Anyway, I really liked some things more in the book and some more in the movie. First off, I was very happy to see that Mo and Charlie got together in the book! :) It made my day! And I'm not quite sure why they changed that part of the story. Mo's character is definitely different in the movie. And

You know when you watch the movie before reading the book and you can't help but reference every bad thing about the book to good things from the movie?I loved Disney's Lemonade Mouth. As somebody who no longer likes Disney, I was shocked by how much I liked it. I cried about three times, to be honest. The book was just very different. I expected this, since Disney censors literally everything, but the amount of things that were changed could have made the movie and book two almost completely

I hadn't heard of this book until Disney channel made a movie out of it (2011). (The movie was good--not quite as good as High School Musical but way better than Camp Rock 2).Lemonade Mouth is the name of a band of Five Rhode Island high schoolers (three girls, two boys) who meet each other in detention and start playing music together. The point of view switches between these five unique voices and even, at times, to other students and teachers. Normally I wouldn't like this because it takes

The only reason I read this book was because Naomi Scott starred in the Disney Channel series. Which I have not seen and probably will not. But also it turned up on a library cart, so I eventually thought I might as well give it a try. It was a pleasant surprise--a sort of "feel-good" novel where not everything turns out well, but even the events that go wrong lead up to a heartwarming ending. Mostly clean, surprisingly; a couple of substitutes for swearing, and (view spoiler)[one character's
